First 5 Days
· Use all the medications described carefully.
· Consume enough water. Avoid consuming salty food.
· Do not consume alcohol and smoke during this period.
· To prevent swelling or edema don't look down for long periods, while reading or checking your phone or studying try to look straightforward.
· Do not play any ball games, avoid any kind of sports including running or weightlifting etc.
· Do not enter any sexual intercourse.
First 10 Days
· Do not traumatize the implanted area. Do not touch it, screcht it or rub it.
· Do not engage in sports that require heavy body activity
. Do not bend over to the floor and do not lift heavy objects from the floor.
· Sleep on your back with a high or double pillow till 10 days. (Recommended to use passenger pillow)
· After first 10 days you can wear sports hat, cap, bonnet, bandana, scarf.
· After first 10 days you can start to comb your hair.
· After first 10 days you can start to aply gentle massage with your fingertips to the implanted area
First Month
. After first month of the operation you can enter any pools, bathhouses, sauna or solariums. You can swim and wear a swimming bonnet.
· First month protect the transplanted area from direct sunlight for more than 30 minutes.
· After first month of the operation you can use a bike helmet or barrette. . Two months after the hair transplant operation, you can apply medical treatment methods such as PRP, Mesotherapy and hair laser.
· The transplanted hair follicles shed away starting from second week of operation due to reduced oxygen trans-port, it is called Shock Loss Fase)
. Transplanted hair follicles start to produce new hair strands in about 8-12 weeks.
· After the first month of the operation you can get a haircut. The transplanted area should be shortened only with scissors till the 3rd month of the surgery. Donor are can be shaved with scissors, razing machine, etc.
First 3 Months
· In this period new hair growth starts in the transplanted area, pimple-like tiny rashes may occur at the scalp during this time. · You can start to apply any hairdressing application like blow drying, buzz cutting, dying, waxing, etc.
First 6 Months
· More visible change is expected in this period.
NOTE:
. Following the instructions Post-Operation Help Guide (washing, shampoo and lotion applications etc.) is important to achieve good results after transplantation. · Your transplanted hair will start to grow 2 to 3 months after the operation.
